The work constructs a prophecy of technology through moving image, envisioning an invisible yet omnipresent surveillance society shaped by systems. The continuously rotating eyes appear to monitor one another, while simultaneously gazing upon every viewer passing through the exhibition space, drawing them into a dystopia at the outer limits of the technological revolution.
